Your website needs to show specific results and client testimonials.  Most importantly, providers looking for a medical billing business in their area, must be able to find you.  Your website ranking on a Google search is a function of relevant keyword density and tons of other factors, relevant to SEO (Search Engine Optimization).

Social media:  presence on Facebook, Linkedin, and Twitter. Your Facebook and Linkedin accounts need to be periodically and continuously updated.  Your changes need to propagated on Twitter.

Conventional resources: participate in conferences, give presentations.  Give away business cards and advertising 3-folds. Advertise in local newspapers.
